Mr. Folger received his law degree at the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2003 and his Masters in Business Administration at California State University, Sacramento in 2005. He is admitted to practice law in Arizona and California, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the U.S. District Court of Arizona and Northern District of Court California. He has argued in front of the Arizona Court of Appeals and his appeals have resulted in numerous reported decisions.
