John is the editor of a weekly E-Workers’ Compensation Case Law Review.

Bio
JOHN R. DARIN has over thirty years of litigation experience. He has handled divorces, child support modifications, shared parental responsibility issues and similar domestic relations matters. John is also Board Certified in Workers' Compensation Law by the Florida Bar and usually represents businesses in this area of the law. In addition to his trial experience, John is well-versed in handling appellate matters with several published opinions to his credit. John has argued before the Florida Supreme Court and was admitted as an Attorney and Counselor to the Supreme Court of the United States in 1980.
Also Certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a Circuit Court Civil Mediator, John has mediated a number of cases to prompt and successful resolutions.
In addition to his many professional distinctions, John was awarded a Third Degree Black Belt in Karate in 2010 and he has also competed in the New York City and Detroit Marathons.
