Fletcher, Fischer, Pollack P.L. represents developers, lenders and businesses in Florida and the U. S Virgin Islands. Our clients are buying and selling real estate, starting and expanding businesses, and providing loans to facilitate both. Our lawyers work with you to develop strategies, negotiate agreements, obtain permits, and implement plans for growth and revitalization of our communities. In the Virgin Islands, we often help clients with federal environmental permitting issues associated with real estate development, remediation and energy projects. We also serve as local counsel for LIHTC bond funded projects in both the USVI and Florida. In Florida, we are helping clients who are are working with local governments in public private partnerships to redevelop parts of Tampa, Orlando, Clearwater and many other cities.

Bio
Leigh Kellett Fletcher has been practicing land use, environmental and real estate law since 1997 and regularly represents clients acquiring, developing and selling real estate in Florida and the U. S. Virgin Islands. She has been involved in the purchase, sale and redevelopment of multi-family residential projects, office, commercial and mixed use properties and has worked with clients to obtain land use entitlements and environmental permits to develop and expand commercial development. She frequently works with clients acquiring environmentally contaminated properties and assists them with obtaining brownfield designations and completing remediation and development of those properties.
