Frank Hathaway
Frank Hathaway studied at the University of Detroit-Mercy graduating with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. He completed his study of law at Michigan State University College of Law graduating with the degree of Juris Doctor Cum Laude. Mr. Hathaway is admitted practice in all Michigan Courts, and the United States Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, and the United States Bankruptcy Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan. He is an active member in good standing with the State Bar of Michigan, an elected member of its Representative Assembly and a member of the Character and Fitness Committee of the State Bar of Michigan. Mr. Hathaway focuses his practice on Business Formation and Continuation, Estate Planning, Debt Relief, Matrimonial Law and Criminal Defense.
In 2001, the Law Center was formed with a mission of helping individuals and entities by providing quality legal representation, counsel and advice at a reasonable fee. The Law Center helps its clients grow and discover potential areas for improvement, opportunity and expansion. In 2005 the Law Center was joined by attorney Kelly M. Fletcher to help provide a wider base of legal services. Ms. Fletcher brings to the Law Center her wide and varied experience in business administration, accountancy and tax.
