Bio
For nearly 25 years, I have worked in the best interests of my clients in Nebraska family law and have helped them move toward the best possible resolutions of issues that take into account custody, visitation, division of assets and debts, investment and tax implications, plus paternity and grandparents rights. Regardless of the issues involved, I'm committed to advocating to the best possible outcome. My goal is to present my client in the most positive light and resolve all issues as efficiently as possible, but if that is not an option, I have extensive trial experience (including success at the Supreme Court level), and I am willing to do whatever is necessary to protect and preserve your interests and those of your loved ones. This is a domestic litigation firm that strives to settle domestic issues, but if not possible through negotiation and mediation, we can go to trial.
It's this approach that has worked for hundreds of my clients, and I'm ready to put it to work in your case.
My office is located two blocks North of West Center Road near 117th and Center, and is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
