Watching Howard negotiate one of my leases was an eye-opener. I was astounded by the number of aggressive positions that he identified, pushed back, and improved. The lease Howard negotiated for me highlighted weaknesses in my other leases. Now, regrettably, some of those weaknesses have emerged as problems — which I could have avoided by more knowledgeable negotiating and drafting. With Howard on my team now, I will not repeat those mistakes.
