Matt has extensive knowledge in catastrophic disability and the experience necessary to secure adequate compensation for accident victims who have suffered life-changing injuries. Our goal from boardroom to the courtroom, is to make 100% sure that you are adequately compensated for two reasons – to help return you to an optimal quality of life and to help cover your life-long expenses.

To do this, we use a multidisciplinary approach – meaning that we work closely with teams of occupational therapists and expert accounts to compile and project an injured victim’s needs and future costs, while at the same time ensuring service and consistent communication with clients, families, rehabilitation professionals, case managers, and others who may be involved in providing your long-term support.

There is no doubt that survivors of catastrophic injuries have intense healthcare needs during acute and rehabilitation care and often through the rest of life. Seriously injured victims demand a number of expensive resources such as acute trauma care, rehabilitation, and also typically lifelong follow-up, care and rehabilitation. Our goal is to ensure that all of your future needs are properly accounted for and financially valuated.
