For over twenty years, Ian Lyngklip has focused his practice on representing consumers and restoring justice to the marketplace.

We represent victims of identity theft, collection abuse, auto finance scam, and robodialing. We accept all cases on a contingency basis, which means there is no fee unless we are able to recover for you.

We try to help every person who calls our office. Sometimes that help is through our office and sometimes we need to refer consumers to other resources. For every caller, we try to find the most appropriate resource for the consumer's problem.
