Bio |
Sadat Montgomery is a Dallas personal injury attorney who takes pride in not only getting his clients the compensation they deserve, but also in ensuring his clients receive the medical care they need following a serious injury.
While at SMU, he participated in moot court, mock trial, and gained practical experience as a student attorney in the SMU criminal defense clinic. Sadat was also very active on campus, serving as the President of the Black Law Students Association, and was even recognized by Dean John Attanasio for spearheading a visit to the United States Supreme Court in Washington D.C., in which he arranged for law students to observe oral arguments and participate in a Q & A session with Supreme Court justices.
Upon receiving his Juris Doctor degree from the SMU Dedman School of Law and being admitted to practice law in the State of Texas, Sadat founded Montgomery Law, specializing in providing effective legal representation for Texans injured in motor vehicle accidents and supporting those with claims related to other personal injury and wrongful death case types.
Sadat’s experience in the pharmaceutical industry has given him the opportunity to build relationships with some of the top physicians in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, often giving his clients access to the best medical treatment for their injuries. His competitive background in sports has prepared him for the combat that takes place in a courtroom. The sales training he received from some of the top organizations in the country has sharpened his natural ability to connect with people, making him a highly effective trial attorney in front of a judge and jury. |
