Bio
Sean E. Manning is a civil litigation attorney born September 10, 1969 and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma, but now lives with his family in Jenks. He is a graduate of the University of Tulsa College of law and holds a Certificate in Comparative & International Law. Mr. Manning graduated with the distinction of Order of Barristers and was a member of Phi Delta Phi legal honors fraternity. He was also a member the Board of Advocates and of two national traveling moot court teams where he placed 1st in oral argument for the Jessup International Law Competition and 2nd place brief in the Stetson International Environmental Law Competition. Mr. Manning received his Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing and International Business from Northeastern State University. During and immediately following law school, Mr. Manning spent an extensive amount of time studying and practicing in Europe, primarily in London, England.
Mr. Manning has represented clients before the United States Department of Justice, the United States Citizenship & Immigration Service and the United States Trademark Office. He has represented plaintiff clients in civil cases brought in state and federal courts in Oklahoma, Texas, Colorado, and New York; class actions maintained in Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, and Texas, and Multi District Litigation matters in the Third, Ninth, and Tenth Circuits. He has further represented both plaintiff and defense clients in business litigation cases in Oklahoma and Texas, and otherwise handled general litigation work in Oklahoma and Texas State and Federal courts.
He is admitted to practice in all courts of the State of Oklahoma, the United States Federal District Courts for the Northern, Western and Eastern Districts of Oklahoma, and the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals.
