Bio

Todd M. Allison is a Kansas attorney admitted to practice in 1995. He has been engaged in private practice for 17 of his 19 years of practice. He has filed well over 2,000 bankruptcy cases. He served as an Officer in the United States Army Reserve Judge Advocate Corps for eleven years. Mr. Allison resides in Andover, Kansas with his wife and four children.

He has experience in dealing with legal issues in the areas of credit cards, business loans, farm loans, medical debt, taxes, divorce, student loans and avoiding liens. He has lectured on bankruptcy and other legal issues for the Wichita Bar Association, the U.S. Army Reserve JAG Corps, the National Business Institute and Lorman Education Services.

Mr. Allison received his Bachelor’s Degree from the Kansas State University in 1991 and was graduated from Washburn School of Law in 1995. He also practices in the areas of Criminal Defense (felony and misdemeanor), Traffic, Collections, Family Law and General Litigation.
