Pollack, Pollack, Isaac & DeCicco, LLP have been dedicated to immigration and civil law for over 60 years and represents many diverse clients all over the globe. Arthur Pollack, a widely respected immigration and general practice attorney, founded the firm in 1955. At that time, the firm focused solely on immigration law. Pollack, Pollack, Isaac & DeCicco, LLP took its current form in the 1980s, with Arthur’s son, Conrad E. Pollack, along with Fred A. DeCicco and Brian J. Isaac as the partners. Since then Conrad E. Pollack has led the immigration department, Fred A. DeCicco has led the firm’s real / commercial law department, and Brian J. Isaac has led our litigation department. In 2015, Adam S. Handler was named partner at PPID and has led the personal injury department.

Bio
CONRAD E. POLLACK is the Managing Partner and head of the immigration department at Pollack, Pollack, Isaac & DeCicco, LLP. In 1981, Mr. Pollack graduated Magna Cum Laude from New York University, receiving the NYU Founders’ Day Award for academic excellence. He also graduated Phi Beta Kappa (the nation’s most prestigious and selective academic society). In 1984, Mr. Pollack graduated from Brooklyn Law School and was admitted to practice law in the state of New York the following year. During his lengthy career, Mr. Pollack has acquired a profound knowledge of all aspects of immigration law and has helped thousands of immigrants achieve the American Dream. Since becoming PPID’s managing partner in 1988, he has successfully grown and expanded the firm’s original immigration-based focus into a full service law firm. PPID’s latest expansion involves the opening of a new office location in Peekskill, NY in May 2017. Mr. Pollack is a proud member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), the New York Court Lawyers Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the American Bar Association. Mr. Pollack attained an AV Preeminent® Rating by Martindale-Hubbell for being ranked at the highest level of professional excellence by his peers, and was recognized with a Distinguished Lawyer Designation© by the Expert Network in 2017 (granted to the Top 3% lawyers in the nation).
