After his wife’s father became suddenly ill, Sergio White and his family had to struggle with the issues of long-term care, Medicaid and estate planning. The experience left such an impression on Mr. White that he changed the entire focus of his career to help others deal with these hardships. This is how Family First Estate Planning Law Center was started and it has continued to help families ever since.
We help families with estate planning and elder law issues such as: drafting a will, setting up a durable power of attorney, establishing revocable living or irrevocable trusts, planning estate taxes, and assets protection.
We offer free workshops to help educate potential clients. After these workshops we individually evaluate a potential client’s current estate plan to figure out what options could help their estate. This family focused approach helps our clients develop plans to preserve dignity and preserve the legacy they worked so hard to build.
