Afshin received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology (Cum Laude) from California State University, Northridge in 1994. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from California Western School of Law in 1997. While attending law school, Afshin worked as a Court Certified Legal Intern for a civil litigation firm and passed the Nevada State Bar exam in 1997.
In 1998, he worked in the San Diego District Attorney’s office in the Bureau of Child Support Enforcement. He then went to work in the private sector for insurance defense firms in California and Nevada.

Attorney Lewis J. Gazda | Partner
Lewis’ legal career, which began in 1991, focuses on serious personal injury and wrongful death. He has extensive experience in both state and federal courts representing the rights of those people who have been injured due to the wrongful acts of other people and corporations. Many of Lewis’ cases require extensive knowledge of the spine and spinal surgeries, brain injuries and orthopedic processes within the human body.

Attorney Afshin Tadayon is considered one of the most proficient negotiators in southern Nevada. Born in Iran in 1967, Afshin was educated in Iran, Greece and the United States. He is also fluent in Greek and Farsi and maintains a diverse clientele.
