Attorney Hampton had been practicing law for more than two decades when, in 2003, the Texas Legislature passed the most dramatic and constricting legal ‘reform’ package of this century, permanently altering the landscape of medical malpractice law. The package measures heavily favor medical professionals and the businesses they represent, making it more difficult than ever for victims of medical malpractice to receive the compensation due to them for pain and injuries suffered.
In response, Attorney Hampton chose to exclusively represent patients harmed through medical malpractice and negligence. He is joined by Chris King, a skilled attorney with over 20 years of experience handling medical negligence and malpractice litigation.
