A graduate of the University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce and Delaware Law School, Roger Landon has been trying and winning cases in Delaware since 1986. Through 2017, he has taken 74 personal injury cases to verdict winning a staggering total of 64 trials. His recent successes include:

Mr. Landon's trial victories include auto accident cases, slip and fall cases, insurance disputes, civil rights cases and product liability litigation. Although his client list includes familiar names like Sears and Kmart, he most enjoys fighting for ordinary people and their families; and he has settled hundreds of their injury claims through arbitration, mediation and the litigation process.
