Bio

Yaschar handled the most important administrative and legal fete of my family's life. He was responsible for successfully applying for, and ultimately getting my husband's green card to become a U.S permanent resident. My husband had a complicated visa situation It was an H1-B visa with a special physician waiver to work in high need medical areas. There is not enough room here to explain the opportunities for human error when navigating the technicalities of this, or simply "dropping the ball" and forgetting to follow up with the inefficient government powers that be.
