Helping Victims of Catastrophic Injuries.
Personal injury is a legal term that applies to many different types of injuries–if you are injured in an accident that was caused by the actions of another, a personal injury attorney is the type of lawyer you should consult.

Our personal injury law practice focuses on Catastrophic Injuries, which unfortunately often involve the death or serious injury of innocent people due to the carelessness or neglect of someone else. Catastrophic injuries can result from jet-ski or boating accidents, drowning or near-drowning, car wrecks and motorcycle accidents, and other wrongful death cases in which someone is killed because of the negligent actions of someone else.

We fight to get justice for people who vacation or live throughout Hampton Roads. We can meet in Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Newport News, Portsmouth, Hampton, Suffolk, Chesapeake, and the Eastern Shore.
Attorney Ron Kramer concentrates his practice on representing people who have been seriously injured or killed as a result of someone else’s negligence. He has experience in litigating personal injury claims against trucking companies, motorists, employers, as well as oil and gas accidents and explosions.

He also represents workers who have been subjected to severe and pervasive sexual harassment and assault at the workplace. Additionally, Ron has substantial experience representing wrongfully fired employees under state and federal whistleblower and human rights laws.

Memberships and Courts Admitted to Practice
Ron is admitted to practice law in the states of Virginia and West Virginia, as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of West Virginia. Ron is a member of the Virginia Bar Association and West Virginia Bar Association.
