Ty is a battle-tested trial lawyer and skilled negotiator committed to getting justice and compensation for victims who are suffering due to the negligent or wrongful acts of others. He represents victims of catastrophic car wrecks, 18-wheeler accidents, motorcycle crashes, dangerous products, workplace injuries, and other serious injury or wrongful death cases in North Texas.
Ty is a fierce advocate for his clients, working tirelessly to ensure that their rights are protected and that their voices are heard. A native Texan, Ty grew up in Arlington and graduated from Baylor University, where he played linebacker. He received his Juris Doctor from Thurgood Marshall School of Law at Texas Southern University and his Masters of Law Degree from St. John’s University School of Law while working with the National Football League.
After law school, Ty returned to North Texas and began his legal career as a prosecutor - first at the Dallas County District Attorney's Office and later at the Tarrant County District Attorney's Office. During his years of public service, he handled hundreds of cases, ranging from capital murder to identity theft.
The wealth of knowledge and experience he gained as a chief criminal prosecutor positioned him perfectly to pursue justice for those who have been wrongfully injured or killed.
As he transitioned to private practice, Ty built a reputation for being a go-to personal injury attorney due to his exceptional negotiation and trial skills.
