Experienced New Jersey attorney in estate planning and administration. Bergen County is a diverse community of almost 900,000 residents with varied backgrounds, occupations and incomes. Yet the common denominator is that people here work hard to provide financial security for themselves and their families. Whether you’ve achieved great affluence or simply own a modest home, it’s only natural to want to pass along as much of your hard-earned wealth as possible to those whom you choose, not to the government. You don’t want estate and income taxes to eat up an excessive amount of what you worked so hard to acquire. At Whitlock Canter LLC in Paramus, our attorneys draw on 45 combined years of experience to serve our clients. We focus our practice on estate planning, estate administration, and elder law services. We can help you protect your hard-earned assets and pass them on to your loved ones in a thoughtful and tax-efficient manner.
