Description
Scaling and root planning (SRP) performed at Prime Time Dental (Norristown, PA) on 4/23/25 fractured my tooth #14 causing severe pain. The fractured piece was removed on 4/30/25 and Dr. Goh recommended that the remaining tooth #14 be removed, a titanium implant and a crown be placed. Prime Time Dental is not admitting their fault and refusing to bear the cost of implant treatment ~$6,000. I am continuing to be in severe pain, unable to use my left side mouth for chewing and taking pain killers.
