Description
I have a case for fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, and breach of contract. I need a lawyer to file a motion for a new trial or something in general to be properly heard. My case mainly involves contract billing fraud. The contract was made October 2024. I was being parental alienated since 2022. I hired a married couple as my lawyers in 2024 to help reunite me with my son. They needed $5,000 due to the court being long distance. The husband allegedly requested his wife to take notes of me because I was allegedly acting weird. As a result they put fraudulent consent to unauthorized drafts and false statements allegedly written on May 2025, by the wife during the meeting. One of the most significant false statements was a section labeled Law School Background Check. Amongst other false statements it provided that I have a law school background check coming up, that they had to look through court records to see if there was anything that would affect the law school background check, and that I gave the law school a bad impression. I was in law school years before the notes to where I can prove that the notes were made in breach of fiduciary duty resulting in fraud. The notes even said that I did not want to see my child while in town but I messaged the mother of my child a week before the meeting, the day before the meeting, and the day of the meeting, The claim that a Motion for Guardian Ad Litem was consented to by me despite having a pending motion to terminate the Guardian Ad Litem. Additionally they claimed it was drafted in my presence but the motion and order have my son’s date of birth incorrect by 5 years. They only filed an entry and withdrawal on my case nothing else resulting in my retainer being wiped out with unauthorized drafts. They claimed all documents were delivered to me but only the motion to enforce visitation and motion to modify custody were delivered via email. The motion to enforce visitation and to modify custody was prepared and signed by me but there wasn’t enough money to file it due to unauthorized drafts unless I paid an additional $5000. I was billed for dissatisfaction of service for complaining about it which wiped out the last bit of my retainer. At the hearing at the very beginning I was denied my witness to testify and then the judge shot down everything single thing I said so I need to find a lawyer who will represent me so my witness can testify and I can get a fair hearing. I intend to bring a court reporter if the court is unable to provide one. There are other victims who have complained about similar instances who I plan to get involved once I get a lawyer.
