We help people in Manassas who are facing theft and robbery charges understand the difference between the accusation, the evidence, and what the prosecution must prove. These cases can range from petit larceny and shoplifting to grand larceny, burglary, and robbery. The potential consequences may depend on the value of the property, how it was allegedly taken, and whether force or intimidation is claimed.
A theft case may involve surveillance footage, receipts, store reports, witness statements, ownership questions, or misunderstandings about intent. A robbery case may involve more serious allegations, including threats, force, weapons, or taking property directly from another person. We review the facts carefully because small details can matter.
At The Irving Law Firm, we understand that a theft or robbery charge can affect work, school, housing, immigration concerns, professional licensing, and personal reputation. We approach each client without judgment and explain the court process in clear terms.
