At Meghan McNulty Law, I'm dedicated to safeguarding my clients' legacies and securing their families' futures. Based in Newport Beach, California, my practice focuses on estate planning, business succession planning, family legacy planning, and long-term care and healthcare planning.
My goal is to make estate planning simple, whether a client's situation is straightforward or highly sophisticated. I explain every step in plain language, so clients feel informed and confident about the decisions they make for themselves and the people they love. From wills and trusts to powers of attorney and healthcare directives, I handle the details so my clients don't have to.
I have deep experience with privately held business transitions, and I understand the unique challenges that come with planning for both a family and a business. I've also built a network of estate planning professionals, giving my clients access to areas that traditional practices often overlook.

Meghan E. McNulty is the founder of Meghan McNulty Law in Newport Beach, California. She has been licensed by the State Bar of California since 2014 and focuses her practice on trusts and estates, helping individuals, families, and business owners protect their assets and preserve their legacies for future generations.
Ms. McNulty's practice covers estate planning, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney, as well as business succession planning, family legacy planning, and long-term care and healthcare planning. She has particular experience guiding owners of privately held businesses through ownership and leadership transitions, helping them preserve the value and continuity of what they've built. Her practice also includes business law and lobbying services.
As a Personal Family Lawyer®, she offers Life & Legacy Planning and Kids Protection Planning, an approach that emphasizes relationship-centered counsel and a clear, living plan rather than a stack of documents.
