I have maintained an active law practice for over 40 years with an emphasis in the areas of business law, corporate law, commercial lending, commercial loan documents, commercial real estate, mergers & acquisitions, landlord-tenant law, domestication of foreign judgments, foreign country money judgments, probate and estate administration, non-profit corporate law and civil litigation.
My law practice is focused on business and commercial law, landlord-tenant matters and transactions coupled with civil litigation. I have handled a large number of cases in the eight Northern Virginia counties from Fredericksburg to Alexandria for over 40 years. I have litigated civil litigation matters in almost every court in the State of Maryland. I am proactive and have built a strong business acquisition transactional practice with seller financing that serves the business and brokerage community in Virginia and Maryland.
I served in United State Marine Corps with the 5th Marines.
