We regularly represent clients in litigation in all Mississippi State and Federal Courts. We handle appeals to the Mississippi Court of Appeals, the Mississippi Supreme Court and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. We regularly appear on behalf of clients at numerous agency boards, commissions and hearing offices. The Mississippi Secretary of State makes appointments for us to serve as hearing officers at contested proceedings in that office. We serve as Court appointed Special Master in Hinds County Circuit Court. We have a broad practice of representing municipal organizations across south Mississippi. Our ability to represent clients in real estate matters, both residential and commercial, is state wide and extensive. We offer a considerable range of corporate guidance practice groups, ranging from initial formation to serving on the Board of Directors. We also offer minimal fee acceptance of the responsibility of acting as registered agent for corporations and LLC entities in Mississippi.
We do not handle criminal matters or domestic matters; our focus is on all other areas of the law. We proudly represent both plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury, toxic tort, mass tort and commercial litigation.
