We are high stakes trial attorneys that provide legal help to clients in New Jersey and New York in matters involving Personal Injury, Civil Litigation, Commercial Litigation & Real Estate Law. The Court grants this distinction only to those attorneys who are able to demonstrate sufficient levels of experience, education, knowledge and skill in civil trial practice. Candidates must provide an extensive and detailed history of actual matters litigated before the Courts in New Jersey and tried to verdict. Prior to receiving certification, candidates must also pass a rigorous written examination related to civil trial law in New Jersey, and must demonstrate an unblemished reputation by submitting a list of attorneys and judges who will attest to their character and abilities as a trial attorney. Certification is granted to less than three (3) percent of the attorneys admitted to practice in New Jersey.
