We provide free telephonic consultations with no obligation to retain our services.
We charge on a contingency fee basis, meaning we don’t obtain any legal fees unless or until we collect an award or settlement for our client. Our clients do not need to provide any money to us in order to retain our services.
We will also pay the costs incurred in our client’s cases up-front, with the understanding (as all Washington attorneys must have with their clients) that the client is always ultimately responsible for the costs of their case. We discuss our fees and costs in detail with every client and advise them of the risks and rewards of their individual case.

We don’t make our injured clients, who already have enough on their plate, travel to us. We will come to you to fill out all representation documents and exchange information needed.
