Marjorie Mesidor didn’t set out to build a law firm. She set out to stand up for employees when no one else would. Early in her career, she saw how often workplace misconduct sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation was minimized or ignored. Employees were told to stay quiet, endure it, or move on. Marjorie chose a different path.
