Attorney Lemuel A. Carlos graduated magna cum laude in 1989 from Georgetown University in Washington D.C. with a degree in Foreign Service. Mr. Carlos attended Law School at Boalt Hall at the University of California Berkeley in 1993 with a juris doctor JD degree. He was a clerk at the Asian Law Caucus handling various immigration matters during law school. Mr. Carlos is licensed to practice law in the States of Arizona and Hawaii. Mr. Carlos’ staff is knowledgeable and experienced in handling the often complex legal cases that the office handles.
