My wife and I want to buy a home in the Vicente Guerrero area, listed by Mendez Realty Group. We did see the home during a visit to Baja California last December. The real estate provides all required services to complete the closing. My question to you is, wouldn't it be prudent of us to have our own attorney present? I look forward to your reply.
