Mr Coletta is a disabled Army veteran who represents othe Veterans with service connected injuries before the Veterans Appeal Board and the US Court of Appeals for Veteran Claims. Service connected includes PTSD, Gulf War diseases, Agent Orange as well as physical injuries. Service connected does not mean combat related.
