We also help with Probate and estate administration.

We represent the disabled in applying for Social Security Disability benefits (SSDI), Supplental Security income (SSI) as well preparing Special Needs Trusts.to help families with special needs of a Disabled.loved one.

Mr Coletta is a disabled Army veteran who represents othe Veterans with service connected injuries before the Veterans Appeal Board and the US Court of Appeals for Veteran Claims. Service connected includes PTSD, Gulf War diseases, Agent Orange as well as physical injuries. Service connected does not mean combat related. If you were hurt while serving our country you are service connected.

Mr Coletta is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, AARP Legal service, National Association of Veteran Advoctes and the Vietnam Veterans of America.
