Bio
James Diskint is the founder of the Law Office of James Diskint, PC. James graduated in the top fifteen percent of his class from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York City. After moving to Los Angeles, he worked as an associate attorney at a special education and disability law firm. James found that without quality representation, many IHSS applicants were not receiving the services they deserved. James started the Law Office of James Diskint, PC to focus primarily on helping families throughout California secure protective supervision and other in-home supportive services (IHSS).
