Bio
Joe Hochman is the Founder and Managing Attorney of Hochman Legal Group, PLLC. Mr. Hochman’s practice focuses on real estate, general business, mortgage lending and banking issues, intellectual property and commercial litigation. In coordination with the firm’s No Hassle Short Sale Program, Mr. Hochman obtains relief for homeowners and real estate investors through short sales, the stopping of foreclosure proceedings and other remedies.
Mr. Hochman also has a wide-ranging background in real estate transactions, business matters, brokerage management and over 20 years of experience in real estate dealings and litigation matters. He possesses a wealth of practical and business knowledge in addition to his legal proficiency. As a licensed Real Estate Broker and Real Estate Attorney, Mr. Hochman educates and advises clients, agents and brokers about the legal and business aspects of the real estate industry. Licensed to practice law in Washington and Arizona, Mr. Hochman is also a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), a member of the National Association of Realtors and a contributing author to legal and real estate sources. He also teaches real estate agents, lawyers and other professionals how to successfully negotiate and service short sale transactions. Mr. Hochman is a recognized industry expert and one of America's Premier Experts. He has also been rated “Excellent” by the Internet’s largest expert-only lawyer rating service.
With close ties to the community, Joe Hochman is the Past-President of the Sammamish Chamber of Commerce and a recognized public speaker regarding real estate, legal, business and mortgage lending issues.
