Jonathan W. Barlow focuses his practice on all varieties of estate and trust administrations, both in and outside of probate court, as well as on protecting executors, trustees, and beneficiaries when disputes and litigation arise in probate and trust matters. Mr. Barlow assists clients in preparing their estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and power of attorney documents. He also has assisted numerous clients in business planning in starting up, organizing, and licensing new businesses and in preparing appropriate business contracts. Mr. Barlow also has extensive civil and business litigation experience having litigated, tried, and settled numerous disputed matters.
