My partners and I handle most personal injury cases involving physical injury: car, boat, truck, motorcycle, defective and dangerous products, and some slip and falls. Boating accidents that happen on interstate lakes such as Mohave, Mead, Havasu or on ocean shorelines can be filed as either regular state claims or federal admiralty claims and we have experience with federal admiralty law which can sometimes be more beneficial than regular state law.
In cases where the accident has a favorable police report we offer a low discount 25% contingency fee regardless of when the case is resolved.

Bio
I graduated from the University of Wyoming College of Law with Honors in 1979 and then to work for Wyoming Supreme Court Justice Robert Rose. I came to Las Vegas in 1981, was admitted to the Nevada Bar in that year and have practiced in Las Vegas since, mainly doing personal injury work for the plaintiff, but also doing general civil litigation and professional malpractice. At the current time we are not accepting medical malpractice cases but are accepting legal malpractice cases and attorney fee disputes involving substantial sums of money.
I also have experience with defective products.
I have successfully conducted appeals to the Nevada Supreme Court and the intermediate California appellate courts.
I am also a court appointed arbitrator in certain cases.
