Kirk spent the majority of his 20 year legal career as a prosecutor and government attorney. As a county prosecutor, he handled all types of matters including prosecuting Murder in the First Degree and Rape in the First Degree. As a city attorney, Kirk litigated DUI cases and multiple civil matters for the City of Seattle.
