The employment relationship in Georgia places almost all of the power in the employer. Most employees in Georgia are employed on an at-will basis, which means that you can be fired for any reason or no reason at all. However, some federal and state laws protect employees from discrimination, harassment, overtime violations, and other forms of illegal employer conduct.

If you’ve been fired, suspended or harassed on the job, or if you’ve been presented with an employment or severance agreement, and you’re not sure how to proceed, hire an experienced employment lawyer that focuses on handling employment related disputes. Attorney Paul Sharman helps employees at all levels resolve their employment disputes and maximize the results of their severance negotiations.

The Sharman Law Firm, LLC strives to provide each and every client with personalized attention and quality legal representation regardless of whether the problem you are facing is big or small. Our firm understands that you deserve to be treated with respect in the workplace.

Attorney Paul Sharman returns all calls and emails swiftly and personally in order to accurately assess your employment law case. He also understands the stress employment problems can place on your personal relationships, and that a prompt resolution will allow you to move forward with your professional and personal life. He will explain the legal process for your specific claims and answer your questions in a simple, straightforward manner.
