Anderson Franco is a San Francisco personal injury attorney and the founder of Anderson Franco Law. He represents injured people throughout the Bay Area in serious personal injury cases, including vehicle collisions, premises liability, construction accidents, catastrophic injuries, and workplace incidents involving third-party responsibility.
What distinguishes Anderson's approach is what came before it. Early in his career, he defended insurance companies in negligence cases, working matters involving major carriers. That experience gave him direct insight into how insurers assess fault, scrutinize medical treatment, challenge causation, and calculate settlement exposure. He switched sides to represent injured people — and brought that knowledge with him. Today he uses it to identify the issues an insurer is likely to raise, develop the evidence needed to address them, and prepare each case with the likely defense arguments already in mind.
Anderson personally handles every case the firm accepts. Clients are not passed to support staff for substantive decisions. Whether a case resolves through negotiation or requires depositions, expert testimony, and trial preparation, Anderson is the attorney driving the strategy.
He has obtained significant recoveries for clients across Northern California, including a $1.15 million premises liability settlement for a traumatic brain injury case, a $1 million policy-limit truck accident recovery, and an $800,000 uninsured-motorist settlement involving spinal fusion surgery.
Anderson Franco (State Bar No. 297010) was born in San Francisco, raised in San Mateo County, and earned his undergraduate degree from UC Berkeley and his law degree from Berkeley Law. He has litigated cases in courts throughout Northern California and lives in Marin County.
