His practice centers around the investigation, prosecution and trial of cases involving birth injuries (e.g., oxygen deprivation, cerebral palsy, mechanical injury), brain injuries (e.g., stroke, concussions, post-concussion syndrome, TBI), nerve injuries (complex regional pain syndrome, Erb’s Palsy, paralysis), cancer misdiagnosis, surgical errors, and musculoskeletal injuries due to accidents, malpractice, falls, and defective and dangerous products.
Over thirty-four years of practice, Mr. Bottar has counseled thousands of clients.
