Ken is an aggressive and skilled litigator who has been fighting for his clients for the past 15 years. As a former prosecutor and experienced courtroom litigator, he has tried over 40 cases. He has represented some of the largest and most successful companies in the world as well as start-up companies and emerging businesses. Ken’s passion is high-energy, fast-paced litigation and he represents both plaintiffs and defendants. Licensed in seven states across the country and more than 20 federal courts, Ken’s practice includes appellate law, business litigation, employment law, insurance matters, real estate and special matters.

Ken is the managing attorney of the firm’s Miami Beach office. Prior to forming Chase Law, Ken practiced in the Washington, DC offices of Shook, Hardy & Bacon and Lathrop & Gage, where he represented clients in state and federal courts across the country. Ken also practiced as an assistant state attorney at the Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office, where he protected the rights of victims and successfully secured guilty jury verdicts in murder, armed robbery and narcotics trafficking trials. He also argued appeals and was selected as special counsel in executive assignments by the Florida Governor’s Office.
