The medical device company Exactech recently initiated a sweeping recall of nearly all of its surgical implants used in joint replacement procedures such as knee and ankle replacement surgeries. The recalled implants have an abnormally high early failure rate because defective packaging caused the polyethylene inserts to degrade before use. We are accepting new Exactech recall lawsuit cases from anyone who had a recalled Exactech knee, hip or ankle replacement implant surgically installed.
