While at the OCC, attorney Walker worked to defend indigent clients that were unable to be represented by the Allegheny County Office of the Public Defender due to a conflict of interest. As a trial attorney for OCC, attorney Walker handled hundreds of cases ranging from simple assault to murder. Eventually, attorney Walker was elevated to the position of senior counsel for the Office of Conflict Counsel and was second in charge of the office behind the Chief Counsel, Mr. Richard Narvin.
During his career with the Office of Conflict Counsel, attorney Walker developed a track record for successfully defending clients charged with high profile and serious offenses.
