As a trial attorney for OCC, attorney Walker handled hundreds of cases ranging from simple assault to murder. Eventually, attorney Walker was elevated to the position of senior counsel for the Office of Conflict Counsel and was second in charge of the office behind the Chief Counsel, Mr. Richard Narvin.
