She received her psychology degree cum laude from Johns Hopkins University, and her law degree from the The Washington College of Law of American University. Marty is a member of the District of Columbia Bar, the Maryland Bar Association’s Estate and Trust Law Section and Taxation Section, the Montgomery County Bar Association and the American Bar Association’s Section of Real Property, Trust, and Estate Law.
