				  | Gerald D. Miller is a respected trial attorney with more than 45 years of litigation experience. He is AV® rated and recognized as a Certified Criminal Trial Attorney by the Supreme Court of New Jersey’s Board on Trial Attorney Certification. New Jersey Monthly Magazine has named Mr. Miller a Super Lawyer each year from 2005 through 2012. Inside New Jersey Magazine has also listed Mr. Miller as a top-rated attorney in New Jersey. Mr. Miller focuses his trial practice on civil litigation, criminal defense, commercial litigation, probate and other chancery matters. He is also a skillful appellate attorney, having handled numerous appeals throughout his distinguished career. Outside of his law practice, Mr. Miller is an accomplished author. He has authored four editions of the textbook Criminal Law in New Jersey (West Publishers, 1982; Second Edition, 1990; Third Edition, 2001; Fourth Edition, 2006). Mr. Miller completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Pennsylvania in 1961. In 1964, Mr. Miller received his LL.B. from Harvard University.
