The founding partner of the Law Offices of K.J. Petsas, PC, K.J. Petsas has made a lifelong mission of serving the people of California not only as an attorney but also notably through his military service as a Marine before, during and after Vietnam. K.J. served three years on active duty and 22 years as a reservist, receiving numerous awards and honors for his bravery and leadership. Prior to establishing his own law office, he worked at an insurance defense firm and as a deputy district attorney. K.J.’s skills as a prosecutor additionally afford him a unique perspective and advantage when defending clients in his criminal defense practice, an area of the law in which he has 30 years’ experience. K.J. employs in his practice of law the belief in accurate intelligence gathering, full preparation and providing his clients with realistic problem-solving alternatives. His military background coupled with his training and experience as a trial lawyer is used in the evaluation of every new client case.
