Bio
Bryan W. Smith has been representing clients throughout Kansas and Missouri for over 2 decades. He earned his BS in Finance from the University of Central Florida in 1989 and graduated Cum Laude from Washburn University School of Law in 1992.
Bryan was a member of the Washburn Law Journal while he was in law school and he successfully published two articles: Recovery of Wrongful Birth Damages in Kansas, Washburn Law Journal, Fall 1991 and Kansas Tort Reform: Did it Really Work?, Washburn Law Journal, Spring 1992.
