Our History
Our founder, Windle Turley, started the law firm in 1973. Windle Turley has been named in Best Lawyers in Personal Injury Litigation since 1983 by U.S. News and World Report. He is also an accomplished lecturer and author.

The Turley Law Firm has built a national reputation for its high-quality skills in handling person injury and wrongful death cases. We are known to take on high-profile, catastrophic-injury litigation. We also regularly commit our services to smaller-injury cases. By holding wrongdoers accountable, we fight to reduce the rate of injury and death. When you hire us, you join our decades-long fight for safety. We will work together to make a safer society.

In 2015 and 2016, the Turley Law Firm was named a Tier 1 Dallas practice in Personal Injury Litigation for Plaintiffs by a survey of Best Law Firms. Our attorneys have argued before the highest state and federal courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court. We have the experience and financial resources to take your case to trial.

Over 100 Years of Combined Legal Experience
We have experienced attorneys who are experienced handling accident injury cases for clients from the United States and from 25 other foreign countries. Our team includes bilingual staff members who can discuss cases in Spanish, Vietnamese, and other languages, if needed.
