Work Injury Advocate
Work Injury Advocates isn’t a law firm. We are a group of lawyers and industry experts whose purpose is to spread the facts about work injuries and disability while ending the spread of misinformation.

There were approximately 2.9 million nonfatal workplace injuries and illnesses reported by private industry employers in 2015 alone*. Of these, only a small fraction will have received any compensation appropriate to their injuries. Often, the reason for this is simply because those affected are not aware that they are entitled to compensation. When you can’t work and are therefore unable to receive your wages as normal, your entire life is affected. In many cases, people shut down, and their lives may take a turn for the worst.
