We are experienced, qualified attorneys with more than 16 years' experience each. Over the years, we have been able to develop a flat fee rate structure for most of the legal services that most of our clients need. And we have designed rates that are as low as they can possibly be for each service in order to maximize our client's value.

That means that you pay a single, predictable, low rate for exactly the legal services you want and need. There are no surprise charges, no hidden additional fees for mailing and copying. And your legal work will be done by a real attorney -- one you talk to in person and can meet -- instead of by an non-lawyer office worker or a computer.

We designed this structure because we are passionately devoted to making our clients happy, and changing the way so many people think about lawyers. It's not just our rates that are designed to make clients happy. We are responsive, accessible, and reliable. We treat our clients like real people -- people we like! -- instead of like another number coming through our door.

Because of our vast experience, spanning three states, we have handled virtually any kind of law you bring us. The flat fees work best with business matters, intellectual property issues, estate planning matters (wills, trusts, and advanced healthcare directives), real estate issues, bankruptcy, and some limited family law matters.

We do also represent people in lawsuits, most of which are not subject to the flat fee structure. For those matters, we offer some of the lowest rates in the industry. We handle primarily contract disputes, defamation claims, trademark infringement, and personal injury matters, but we have experience with nearly every other kind of litigation as well, from claims of excessive force by law enforcement to landlord-tenant disputes.

Ultimately, we seek to provide our clients with the highest quality legal services at the lowest possible prices. We are not trying to use our client's bills to buy expensive cars, designer clothes, and luxury vacations.

Bio:

Kendall T. Jones worked for some of the most prestigious law firms in America before she opened her own separate practice. Her big-firm experience gave her a base of knowledge and understanding of how the big firms work. Armed with that knowledge, she adopted the big firm strategies, while avoiding their inefficiencies. The result? Kendall has been able to successfully go toe-to-toe against the big firms in court.... and win.

In fact, Kendall has a remarkable courtroom track record. Of the jury trials she has tried to completion -- she has won 100% of them. She has won 92% of her non-jury trials.

Kendall has appeared on Court TV three times as a guest commentator. She has frequently appeared as a guest or guest host on radio shows, and has been featured in numerous newspaper articles.

But Kendall does not practice law for the honors and accolades. She practices law for her clients. Most of Kendall's clients don't need to go to court, and they certainly aren't seeking media attention for their legal issues. Most of Kendall's clients just want the confidential, honest advice and help from an attorney who really cares about them and understands their needs -- Kendall is that person. Kendall is passionately devoted to her clients and their needs and as a result, her clients get the very best legal services.

Kendall saw plenty of the bills those big firms sent to their clients -- some of them were quite shocking! And Kendall knows it does not have to be that way. If an attorney is willing to forego the impressive artwork, mahogany furniture, and expensive espresso machine, she does not have to charge such high rates. Those high rates are not a reflection of the quality of the work a client receives; they are a reflection of the overhead the law firm has to cover. Reduce the overhead dramatically, and a lawyer can offer rates that real clients can actually afford. That's our business model...and our clients seem pretty happy about it!

Along with being an attorney, Kendall has been a successful media entrepreneur and media consultant. Since 2004, Kendall has launched, developed, operated, then sold two separate publications (one print, one digital), and has helped countless businesses (law and non-law) develop pages and other publications.

Kendall has also been a professional actress. She is married with three children.
